Based in Harpenden, Hertfordshire we help families find good quality home based child care - nannies and mother's helps - in Harpenden, Wheathampstead, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans and surrounding areas and villages. This includes full-time, part-time and short & long term temporary placements.
Our Aim
Our aim is to ensure children receive good quality child care in their own homes by ensuring the right person is selected. We want to ensure the children, nanny and family are happy ensuring a long lasting arrangement.

To provide a personal, reliable and caring service.
We genuinely care about finding the right child carer for each family. We will take time in finding out each family's requirements, and the nanny's requirements, and only put suitable candidates forward for consideration.
To provide clear and comprehensive advice
This will be at each stage of the selection process from deciding if a nanny/mother's help is the right form of child care, selection interview questions, making a job offer, to advice on getting your nanny started including responsibilities as an employer of a nanny.
Candidates are interviewed in person.
All applicants who are put forward as a potential candidate will have first been interviewed in person by the Agency.
Comprehensive vetting and reference checking.
Relevant documents are verified at interview stage and references are followed up. A summary of all checks made and references followed up can be provided.
